Shadows and Light
Within all societies, there is a subtle balance between the Shadow and Light.
In Fastheld, a war wages between these two forces, even if not all participants are aware of it yet.
A Shadow Mage of unknown power walks through Fastheld, leaving chaos and fear in her wake. She has chosen the path of the Shadow, embracing the power it has offered and challenges the validity of following the Light. There is darkness upon the horizon, and only those who choose wisely will survive the coming storm.
House Lomasa gathers for the first time under the leadership of its new Duchess, Dianna Lomasa, but as the meeting continues, an unexpected visitor arrives with her own idea of how the evening should end.
It is a quiet evening among friends in Lightholder Tavern until the mysterious Shadow Mage strikes again, creating a vicious creature to frighten travel-worn guests.
