An Aukami who declared himself Zar of the Koltkamir in late 2650 after disbanding the Cepelem in Multvaros.
He used his influence to build a massive fleet in an effort to conquer the known worlds of Hiverspace, enlisting the aid of the Medlidikke pirates. Eventually, however, the pirates turned against Fekretu and forced him to flee.
He escaped to a parallel universe using rift drive technology, opening the door to multiverse travel for all denizens of the galaxy.
In 2653, the deposed Zar was found dead aboard an asteroid (later discovered to be the last remaining chunk of the ancient Lotorian homeworld of Lotor).
