Basics
Dice rolls for OtherSpace are 1d10-5. That is equivalent to rolling a 10-sided dice, and subtracting 5 from the result.
This gives a result between -4 and +5, which is then added to the skill or number rolled.
Odds
You have a 60% chance of rolling your skill level or better.
For every level above or below your skill level, add or subtract 10% as appropriate. For example, you have a 50% chance of getting +1 or better, and a 70% of getting -1 or better.
The chance of getting any number exactly is 10%.
