MULTVAROS, KAMSHO - Flustered Aukami authorities have yet to find the deposed Zar Hideg Fekretu, who was last seen fleeing into the jungles outside Multvaros when he lost control of the Koltkamir battle fleet."We're optimistic that we will track him down and bring him to justice," said Cepelem Security Liaison Afuan Karali. "So far, however, we have found no trace of him during our sweeps over the wilds."It is possible that deadly creatures dwelling in the wildnerness may have killed Fekretu weeks ago, but Karali indicated that it would be unlikely that such a death would occur without any trace of evidence.

Sacrilege or Worshipfulness? Reconstructing Opodi

Posted By: Brody Article: FEB10-2 Reported To: ONS Reported On: Kamsho Reported At: Sat Feb 06 09:35:39 3010

OPE'MOT, KAMSHO - Somon Opo'te, a high priest of the Great Temple of Opodi, has a dream that may be realized with the assistance of the Hekayti Konterbeid caste.Using data collected from Opodi's ancient writings and sacred holovids from the temple's library catacombs, Somon wants to resurrect the beloved goddess of Kamsho in the form of a holographic avatar."We always seek her wisdom and try to follow the path she has set before us," Somon said. "But we do that through the filter of our own beliefs and prejudices. Wouldn't it be far better to hear directly from the goddess herself?"Some church elders disagree, claiming that an attempt to make a "shoddy imitation" of the goddess is tantamount to sacrilege. However, none would speak on the record in opposition of the plan. After all, if it works, the avatar might judge them as infidels.

KJERNKOR, HEKAYT PRIME - Technopriests of the Toveil caste on Hekayt Prime announced today that their new dark matter gathering facility has come online. The laboratory, about ten miles below the city streets of Kjernkor and reachable only by a single heavily guarded hoverlift shaft, is the first of its kind among the known worlds. Elements within the Grandmoot have indicated a strong interest in using dark matter in Ledelkrig caste rifles and in cannons aboard their capital ships. Toveil caste members generally do not want to see the substance weaponized, focusing instead on the possible connections between the strange energy force and the ancient Kamir, who may have used seams of dark matter to move transdimensionally from one universe to the next through an effect known as "translation."

They claim that their feedings are opportunistic, limited only to those who roam into their territory in the wilderness. However, evidence suggests that these Aukami do not merely kill for food.
