Location Description
The Lowe's Holocinema chain was founded in 2372 by wealthy film producer James Lowe. His first holovid, produced in 2335, was a critically panned action flick called "Man Cannon."
Despite that initial setback, Lowe went on to build a solid reputation - and a remarkable fortune - through the production of ensemble dramas and emotional adventure-comedies. Among the most popular works: "Pineapple Joe," "These Aren't the Droids," and the remake of "Fahrvergnugen."
The theater structure itself is a cluster of five opaque blue bubbles with a box office that's flanked by doorways leading into the main lobby. Each bubble contains sixty virtboxes, in each of which as many as ten people may sit, don goggles, and watch the chosen vid.
