Also known as Bishop Garvin, Graeber Brenhault was a double agent for the Stellar Consortium in the 27th Century. He assassinated a Qua dignitary visiting Earth and then fled to the Fringe worlds of Fagin's Riches. On Ungstir, he assumed the identity of Bishop Garvin, mining mogul. He continued serving Lord Fagin. He kidnapped Kip Caspar in 2651 when one of the boy's protectors, Leopold VanMahr, began asking too many questions about the death of his parents. He also tried to kill Vechkov Prague, who delivered the news of Kip's kidnapping. Ultimately, the boy was rescued and Brenhault was imprisoned in a Demarian mining facility. But, not long after, Fagin's minions broke Brenhault free. He embarked on a spree of terror, during which he destroyed the Demarian village of Pansheera and threatened to obliterate Ungstir Two before he was killed by Remy LeBeau.
