Gladius Industries
Gladius Industries (sometimes abbreviated to GI) are a Martian weapons company that makes a wide variety of weapons for military use and export. They were one of the largest providers of arms to the Vanguard and later the Orion Arm.
The company motto is "in pace, ut sapiens, aptarit idonea bello" which translates from Latin to 'In peace, like a wise man, he appropriately prepares for war'.

Pistols
The Legate VII
The Legate series of projectile pistols are easily the most popular and well known Gladius Industries product. Renowned for being reliable, sturdy and easy to fix they were one of the main side arms used by the Vanguard in the Normalverse.
The Legate VII is the culmination of years of experience designing stable weaponry for hot and dry environments. Though it bears resemblance to the earlier models, specifically LII and LIII, it's internals have been lifted from it's direct predecessor with the addition of a compartment in the handle big enough to fit a small cleaning kit or laser attachment.
Suggested Build: Slug Pistol with no modifications.
