VOR, KAMSHO - After a delay of more than a month, Tabol Vatem of Freedom Sky Networks on Kamsho is ready to follow through on plans to detonate a Kamir artifact as it tumbles from the top of the FSN tower in Vor.Undaunted by protests and even death threats by opponents of the act, the FSN top executive will commence the operation live on holovid this evening."I've heard from some people that are worried that this might spark the end of the universe as we know it," Vatem said. "I couldn't hope for anything more."

VOR, KAMSHO - The freighter Ainda, under the command of ex-Zar Hideg Fekretu, interrupted tonight's planned detonation of a Kamir artifact - switching the explosive-wrapped relic with Freedom Sky Network CEO Tabol Vatem as it was being pushed off the top of the skyscraper. As Vatem fell toward the Opodian protesters far below, Fekretu escaped with the relic. LIN cameras showed Vatem making the conscious decision to set off the demolition charges as he approached the ground. The explosion killed Vatem and all the protesters, and inflicted such damage to the base of the FSN tower that the building collapsed, taking with it a neighboring structures. The death toll is estimated at 6,759 at this hour, but is expected to climb.Fekretu remains at large aboard the Ainda.

Fans alarmed by Outverser

HEKAYT PRIME - Fans of the long running series, 'Hiverspace Guardians', have apparently been upset by the inclusion of an Outverser in the opening chaotic dance sequence, despite the character in question not having any screen time yet.The show itself is set around the adventures of six pilots from different races, working together to overcome evil forces within hiverspace, fighting crime and occasionally piloting Kamir inspired space-fighter craft. Currently the lead actors in the show consist of an Aukami, a Hekayti, two Lyiri twins, a Lotorian and now an Outverser human."It's called Hiverspace Guardians, not 'let's everyone-who-is-from-a-different-universe-in' Guardians" claimed one upset fan in his blog. "This series should be about us, not about those weird Outversers."While the Outverser claimed to be in the new show was not available, the director of the series stated that, 'she's a fresh new face with a different outlook and different view on things. She wasn't old in her own universe, and she seems more than capable of being able to take over a lead roll, much like Evasioy Thionaslk was, rather easily, as she is able to converse in Hekayan easily, and able to deliver a perfect accent in it. Not to mention she can do her own stunts.'However a leaked file from those inside of the industry suggests that the young Outverser she has been signed on for an undisclosed amount, and will make her first appearance in the next few up coming weeks. However if this Willow Tomlinson will be able to stand the pressure will be seen by billions of fans across the universe, remains to be seen.

Two fewer threats in galaxy?

KJERNKOR, HEKAYT PRIME - Space traffic authorities on Hekayt Prime have confirmed that a stolen freighter identified as the Ainde and a large Koltkamir battlecruiser owned by Medlidikke leader Vard Bokren were lost to a space-time rift two days ago.The Ainde, which had been last seen nabbing a Kamir relic from the top of the doomed Freedom Sky Network building, was believed to be under the command of ex-Zar Hideg Fekretu. It is conjectured among Hekayti officials that both vessels at the very least have been flung into some alternate dimension where they can no longer pose a threat to the known worlds of Hiverspace.

Svajone amending security watchlist

SVAJONE - Sources within Svajone Command have confirmed a current project within the ranks to amend the priorities of the Svajone's security policy."Rather than foreign powers as a primary concern, we're seeing a shift towards independent armed forces that seem to be growing in known space." One of the sources, an administrator within Svajone's security, said, speaking on the condition of anonymity since Svajone Command had not authorized speaking to the press on the matter.Other sources confirmed a concern amongst Command personnel about what is perceived as an increase in nominally Outverser civilian vessels operating armed without being answerable to any government.A spokesman for the Svajone refused to answer questions about the watchlist, but said, "We are constantly working to protect the citizens of the Svajone."

Outverser Industrialist or Mad Scientist?

Posted By: Taeren Article: APR10-6 Reported To: CNB Reported On: Comorro Reported At: Wed Apr 28 00:01:08 3010

COMORRO (CNB) -- An incident aboard a remote space station owned by an Outverser industrialist claimed at least two lives, several anonymous sources told CNB.Details are hard to come by at this time, but sources tell Comorro News Bureau that two employees of Tranquility Holdings, the holdings firm of Outverser industrialist Joshua N. MacNamara, perished during a research accident aboard a space station MacNamara controls. The station, called the Mare Tranquilis, had a rare lapse of communications silence when a request for "reinforcements" was sent in the clear. CNB's communications analysts put the source of the communication somewhere on the edge of Hekayti space -- but while dockworkers aboard Comorro have heard of the Mare Tranquilis, its exact location remains a closely guarded secret.Approached in the Comorro Station docking bay Monday, MacNamara confirmed the deaths and said the experiment pertained to "applied physics," but offered no further explanation."Tranquility Holdings has revised its research guidelines in light of this tragic incident," MacNamara said.MacNamara first appeared in this universe in a spacial anomaly he claims was of his own creation, caused when he flung himself from his universe to this one with a device of his own making. Neither the device, nor his two fellow travelers, survived the journey, and MacNamara was in a coma for several weeks.

Svajone - Over the past several days, the landing bay of the Svajone has seen increased activity, particularly with large scale landscaping and construction equipment. Several dock employees have said the shipments are heading towards the surface settlement currently in place."We are currently expanding surface operations to allow for expanded citizen residency." The spokesperson said at a press conference gathered earlier this morning.Later, when asked about the Mare Tranquilis, the spokesman said, "The Svajone is committed to investigating if these unauthorized experiments violated the guidelines set forth by the Science, Technology, and Integration division." and suggesting the possibility of low grade murder charges may be forthcoming pending investigation. When asked if the Svajone had the legal authority to do this, the spokesperson responded, "The Science, Technology and Integration division exists to protect everyone from potential harm, not just Outversers or Inversers."
