Description
A bizarre entity, a ghost or spirit that manifests a chimeric mix of physical traits. When visible he appears as a humanoid, over seven feet tall and covered in dark black fur, with a head resembling a wolf's except bone horns resembling a Stag's, and glowing red eyes. One of his arms appears stripped of flesh, like a skeleton's hand, only composed of black iron instead of bone.
In Necromundus, he manifested supernatural abilities including the power to pass through walls, as well as the ability to kill and destroy with a touch of his left hand.
History
An ancient spirit of mysterious origin, Cernunnos has existed in the realms of the dead since time immemorial. He does not speak of a life before death, but chooses to consider himself Necromundus his home. It may be that he is a spirit native to that realm, rather than a dead soul from another world, or it may be that he has existed there for so long that even he does not remember where he first came from - it is certain that he does not care.
Unlike several others from the realm of Necromundus, he did not choose to pass through the portal and reincarnate into the mortal plane. Lacking a physical body, he has only appeared to his former friends in dreams or virtual images, but it is possible that he is learning to take on a physical form by emulating the Riftwalkers.

A 'best friend'? I suppose if I am to quantify such a mortal concept in my own experiences, I should say that Cernunnos is my best friend. We spent ever so much time together in Necromundus, doing all sorts of entertaining things. And Wildejagd! I do so miss that motorcycle. ` Anshera
