Location Description
Neville Panderyn, former soup kitchen operator, took advantage of a San Angeles enterprise startup grant program to build this small cafe in the middle of Morrow Park in 2622.
Ever since, the restaurant has become a staple of daily life for people who work in the city's commercial district, famous for its affordable menu of items ranging from deep-fried frog legs to the comically named Newt Soup (so called because it is a soup containing mashed green peas and boiled black-eyed peas) to the wildly popular "Kid in a Blanket," which is goat meat fried in a sheath of beer batter and served with horseradish.
