Location Description
The road that links the city's government district to residential dwellings is named after historian James Turnbull, a prominent scholar who taught at California Consortium University from 2423 to 2445. He was renowned for theorizing that humanity would reach beyond the stars and acquire the capacity for faster-than-light travel, but not without significant help from a more advanced "sponsor race."
Turnbull did not live to see the day in 2576 when mankind first encountered the Ri'Kammi Hive Mind on Sagittarius and learned about the existence of the OtherSpace Drive.
