Location Description

A mining quarry in the rural eastern United States territory known as West Virginia, the Hall Tract got its name from Jael Hall, the first female commandant of the Vanguard's training college at Cape Canaveral in 2198.

Large hovertrucks work their way up and down the switchback roads from the top of the quarry, hauling loads of minerals from the recovery teams to the processing centers.
