Description
Standing around 5'4", this tanned young woman has long brown hair that turns to blonde towards the tips from long exposure to the sun, and bright, ice-blue eyes. Her lips are small and pink. Freckles can be seen around her tiny nose. She wears dark black leather boots on her feet and tight green pants. Her tan shirt is made of animal hides and is sleeveless. Her body is extremely athletic, and is seen in her arms mostly since they are usually exposed. Though she is wearing boots, she treads lightly where ever she goes. A knife is tucked neatly into her pants hem.
Biography
Family
Asher grew up in the Forest District, near Westwatch, with her mother, father, and younger sister, Delilah. They lived simply as Freelanders, comfortable in their own shoes.
Childhood
Asher had a fairly standard childhood. She worked as soon as she was able, and spent a lot of time in the forest by herself. When her younger sister was born, Asher would take her to the forest as well when they wanted to play. In the forest, Asher learned to be quick on her feet, as well as how to survive if needed. One night when Asher was eleven, thieves came into her house. Asher was able to hide under a floorboard in their house with Delilah, but from her hiding spot she witnessed the brutal murdering of her mother and father. Asher quickly decided that it was not safe for her and Delilah to live there anymore, and took to the forest after grabbing their family's prize possession, a cut emerald as big as her palm. While in the forest, Delilah grew sick with fever and, being unable to provide Delilah with any sort of healing, Asher watched her little sister perish as well. Alone, Asher roamed the forest, training to fight with the trees and animals, vowing that she would help all those in need. Traveling to towns in the Forest District, Asher learned to make small acquaintances with people who were living in bad conditions.
Current Events
Now 17, Asher has been living in the forests for 6 years, living and surviving off the land. With no need to steal for money, she uses her knowledge of the forest by finding rare animals and plants to trade for money, giving the money to those who need it and keeping none for herself. She has helped many families, including peasants, to survive as she stays hidden in the forest.
Future Goals
Although Asher is quite comfortable with how she lives, she wishes she had a friend. Having been 6 years, she misses her family and the interactions that they had. Asher hopes to find someone or something soon that can help her become more socialized, and eventually hopes to find her way back into society.
