This is a human male standing at about six feet. He is relatively thin in his appearance. He has brown colored eyes with an iris that seems large in proportion to the rest of the eye, as well as greying hair that looks like it used to be brown.

He is currently wearing a white buttoned shirt and black slacks for pants. A heavy looking suit jacket, along with a tie of the same black color, covers most of the shirt, and it seems rather well padded at that. He is also wearing black shoes.

A cane is in his right hand currently. The overall way he looks indicates that he is quite old, at the very least in his eighties at this point.

History

Little is known about Mikage prior to his arrival in Hiverspace. The name Mikage is thought to come from Later culture from a word that roughly indicates he is a leadership figure.

Mikage became known to Hiverspace at large upon salvaging the Svajone and providing guidance to its repairs. Within six months of arrival, in mid-2651, he declared the Svajone to be the first sovereign Outverser state.
