OtherSpace is free to play, but we do have server costs, marketing and publicity expenses, and we invest time and creative energy in developing storylines for our participants to enjoy. So, rather than ask people to pay a subscription, buy a character, or spend money on premium in-game items, we rely instead on the generosity of sponsors who give what they can to support us. Becoming an OtherSpace sponsor isn't without its benefits, though!

We welcome contributions of as little as $1, less than the price of a soda from most vending machines. Every little bit helps keep certain online storytellers from hanging out at major intersections, waving an iPhone in one hand while a red plastic money bucket dangles from the other. For every dollar you give, you receive 100 Saga Points and the knowledge that you're making it possible for us to advertise the game, run the Minecraft server, and attend conventions! Also, sponsorship levels are now cumulative!
